What will it cost, and when do I pay?

I will provide a clear quote before we begin. There are no professional fees upfront - you only pay the initial searches and out-of-pocket costs. Professional fess are payable at settlement. If you withdraw your property from sale, a contract preparation fee applies.

Do I need to come into an office?

We can usually handle your sale by phone, email and secure online signing, so you can organise things around work and family. If you prefer to meet, let me know and we can make arrangements. After hours appointment are also available.

Can you help if I'm buying as well?

Yes, i can look after both your sale and purchase. We'll discuss the timing early and work towards coordinating the settlements, so you understand what needs to happen for your move.
